Minimum training time to acheive black belt is approximately five years, training once or twice a week ( as it should be ). If you train more often a lesser time can be reached. This was acheived in three and a half years back in 2002 grading under Sensei Ticky Donovan 8th Dan OBE. Well done Jessica.
