Hi all, I am running a kata course this Saturday, 17th July.

Kata's: Pinan Ni, San and Pinan Yon

Anyone thinking of taking their grading will need benifit from these Katas.

Course fee £4

5 45 pm - 7 15 pm @ Wellingborough venue.

Venue: Redwell Leisure Centre, Wellingborough.
