In the new year I will changing training times to limit the affect of the credit crunch on our club.

Begginers lesson will start @ 2.00 - 3.00 and Senior grades will start @ 3.00-4.15. Can I ask all students to get there early and warm up before the lesson starts.

Restart date, Sunday 4th January.
