I would like to say a big thankyou to Sensei Steve Quinn Nisen top instructor for his recent visit to the Northants Nisen club.

Big thankyou to sensei Johnothan Mottram giving us a chance to train with one of the most exciting karatas in europe.

Well done to all students who have just passed their Black belts .

Everyone has earned their belt and the hard work this past year has paid off.  Congratulations

A big thanks to all students and parents that have supported the club through this difficult year.

Well done everybody who attended the Ishinryu open course, it was nice day which gave me a chance to  catch up with some of my old friends from Ishinryu.

Big thank you to  Sensei Ticky Donovan O B E and the top instructors for making us feel welcome.

I hope you all enjoyed yourselves .

Due to the low numbers on Friday lessons, I have had to close this night as it has been running at a loss for some months now.

Extra lessons are availible on some Saturdays starting this Saturday 7th  5.45 to 7.15pm with a fighting course. After that I will be holding some advance lessons for people considering taking black belts in the near future. I do expect students blue belt and above to attend these fighting and Kata  lessons whenever possible.

Due to the England v Germany match this coming Sunday, training will be held at the earlier times:  

• 10-15am til 11-15am for beginners 
• 11-15am til 12-30pm for all graded members
